Your Help Needed on Writing an E-Book!

Okay, I have been a bit slow with posting a new post on the blog. I have been quite busy with this and that, so the post was put on the backburner for a couple of days… but…

I need some input from YOU!

Let me explain…

I have been busy writing an e-book for my new-to-be-set-up mailing list on the GIANT! site on do-it-yourself workout program design. It will be a short(ish) book with no pictures – I am saving that for the ‘big book’ I am planning to write soon – but with a step by step guide to designing your own personal workout program.

The writing is almost finished and mostly needs some ‘beautifying’, and I am sure it will be of great value to both beginning and advanced athletes in fitness and bodybuilding.

But… I have this nagging voice in the back of my head that I might be overlooking aspects of program design that I take for granted but that might be an invaluable addition to the book for the beginning athletes in our midst.

I want to keep the outline of the book to myself for now (sorry, there are quite some copycats our there), but I still really would like to know!

Could you tell me what YOU would expect to read in a book on do-it-yourself workout program design?
